About Sana Lake Recovery Outpatient Rehab
Located in The Loop on Delmar, Sana Lake’s St. Louis rehab center offers top-tier outpatient addiction treatment in the heart of the city. Two MetroLink stations are within walking distance, Forest Park is just around the corner, and Washington University is just minutes east, making it easy to fit treatment into a daily routine. The facility offers multiple levels of care and evidence-based services including partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, individual and group therapy, medication management, and more.
Sober living options are also available for members who need a safe living environment while they attend the outpatient program. Treatment at Sana Lake addresses not just substance use but the underlying mental health conditions that may fuel addiction, including co-occurring depression, anxiety, trauma, and sleep disorders.
Long-term support is built into the program. Individuals who complete treatment have continued access to virtual therapy and outpatient counseling, as well as Sana Lake’s extended care program, which pairs members with peer recovery coaches and hosts regular community events for up to five years post-treatment.
Levels of Care
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Daytime clinical program — about 5 hours a day, most days of the week. Sleep at home or sober living.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
FDA-approved medication plus counseling to reduce cravings and withdrawal, mainly for opioid or alcohol use disorder.
Outpatient
Weekly individual or group therapy while living and working as usual.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
A few therapy sessions per week, a few hours each. Live at home; keep work or school.
