Services at Sana address addiction alongside underlying issues such as trauma, depression, and anxiety, giving members the tools to achieve sobriety.

Outpatient and virtual therapy options allow members to continue intensive treatment while living at home. The extended care program takes long-term support as well, pairing members with peer recovery coaches, hosting weekly community events, and providing up to five years of post-treatment programming.

Members are welcome to smoke and vape in our outdoor smoking areas, and members are provided with ample breaks

Family and friends are welcome to visit. Visitation is every Saturday from 1-3pm

Controlled substances, alcohol, or prescription drugs without a verified prescription; weapons of any kind; any hygiene products containing alcohol; roll-your-own tobacco, nicotine pouches; vapes are allowed but must be brought in original factory packaging; disposable vapes are permitted, however refills are not allowed; small, individually wrapped snacks and candy are allowed, however snacks/food outside of this are not allowed, including protein powders.

We have a very active alumni program called Members for Life that provides free weekly activities and outings (paintball, bowling, hiking, movie nights, etc.) and meetings. We also have our Members Helping Members program which has a variety of groups and meetings throughout the week covering a variety of interests, like fitness/wellness groups, music groups, parenting groups, etc. We also have aftercare meetings that are free weekly meetings.

We do provide programming for members and their families; if a member provides permission, we share updates with loved and family members; We offer weekly visitation and family support group; Most notably, we have a full program called New Dawn Family Healing that provides therapy/counseling specifically for people who have been impacted by a loved ones addiction, regardless of whether their loved one is in programming at Sana Lake. Whether their loved one is still in active addiction, is currently in treatment, or is on the road to long-term recovery, New Dawn has individual counseling as well as group counseling available for people of all ages, including adolescents.
